Paul Grover, who has had a hand 7 of the top 10 sales over the last decade, brought together the seller and lucky buyer for this property. In October 2018, 123 Penzance Road in Woods Hole sold for $10 million, marking Falmouth’s highest residential sale in more than five years at the time. Set on Penzance Point, the waterfront property featured a six-bedroom shingle-style main residence, a separate two-bedroom beach house, approximately 400 feet of private beach, and a deep-water dock on Great Harbor.
Today, the sale remains a notable milestone in the evolution of Falmouth and Cape Cod’s luxury waterfront market.
