Set on Penzance Point, the waterfront property featured a six-bedroom shingle-style main residence, a separate two-bedroom beach house, approximately 400 feet of private beach, and a deep-water dock on Great Harbor.

The waterfront estate combined classic Cape Cod architecture with an exceptional Great Harbor setting. The six-bedroom main residence featured detailed craftsmanship and woodwork throughout, while a separate two-bedroom beach house added flexible space near the shore. Approximately 400 feet of private white-sand beach and a deep-water dock completed the property’s waterfront setting.
