Kathy Fisher, Relocation Director with Robert Paul Properties,  attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Global Symposium, which took place September 17-19 at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, Greece.

The conference offered top-tier industry professionals affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) the opportunity to discuss key trends in the international real estate market, such as technology, marketing, big data, consumer engagement, and the health of the luxury market.

The event featured an accomplished line-up of presenters, including keynote speaker Hamish Taylor, a seasoned business executive and founder of the Skills Exchange Network, who addressed the importance of innovation and creating targeted change, while keeping the customer at the heart of the real estate transaction.

Other featured speakers included Matthew Ferrara, dean of innovation for LeadingRE Institute, who led discussions on the latest in PropTech. LeadingRE Chief Economist Marci Rossell provided an update on the global economy, and members from key markets covered their local real estate practices. LeadingRE President/CEO Paul Boomsma addressed the evolving industry landscape.
