The “yellow house” in Hyannis Port, as it’s affectionately known by the locals, recently sold for $2.495M.
This historic home, built in 1876, is a distinguished beauty which sits proudly on a double lot. A central part of the village and part of the Hyannis Port Civic Association, the home is spacious and has lots of charm.
Sold by Robert Paul’s Debra Caney, the home’s new owners plan to rehab and renovate and make it their own.
“The attractive price and location helped make this home sell,” according to Caney. “The active, panoramic views and access to beaches and boating were also important features to all who viewed this property.”
