ROBERT PAUL PROPERTIES 2020 SALES BREAK COMPANY RECORD, HITTING $1 BILLION

In its 11th year in business, Robert Paul Properties is proud to announce that, for the first time, they closed over $1 billion in sales in 2020. The 110-agent team at Robert Paul led all other brokerages in per agent production on the Cape and Islands and increased their year-over-year sales by 47%.

Despite 2020 presenting economic and health challenges for many, Robert Paul was able to reach its status as a billion-dollar company due to the success and dedication of Robert Paul’s realtors across Cape Cod, Greater Boston, the South Coast, and their newest office on the South Shore.

In addition to Robert Paul’s growth in the overall market, Robert Paul Properties continues to be the leader in the luxury market. Robert Paul led the market in sales over $1M and outsold their nearest competitor by 133% in all sales over $2M. In 2020, Robert Paul represented 6 out of the 10 top sales in Barnstable County.

“Our agents have adapted to a challenging year by investing in new technologies and strategies and continuing to always put their clients first,” noted Robert Paul Properties President Emily Clark. “We are excited for the future and working with buyers and sellers across our marketplace as we continue to grow and expand.”
