In helping to build our communities through our profession, we also choose to share our success. Robert Paul agents donate a portion of every transaction to RP Cares, which in turn financially supports great local charitable groups across our entire marketplace. Find out about one of those organizations here at the Cotuit Center for the Arts.

Cotuit Center for the Arts

In honor of today’s Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod, we are launching a profile of five worthy   organizations all leading up to Giving Tuesday. This holiday season, as you gather with family and friends, please remember to give back in any way you can.

One great local organization that combines many artistic endeavors is the Cotuit Center for the Arts. Founded in 1993, the Center opened its Cotuit Center for the Artscurrent 9,000 square foot performance center in 2004. Since opening its new facility, the Center has put on over 50 art exhibitions featuring over 500 visual artists, more than 40 concerts, and 20 full length theatrical productions. With robust Main Stage offerings including for this holiday season, Scrooge, Cotuit has a reputation of fine productions that goes beyond the typical community theater fare.Cotuit Center for the Arts

Agent Melinda Gallant, on the Cotuit Center’s Board of Directors, speaks highly of the center. “Of course the small Black Box Theater, the only one of its kind on the Cape, brings to the audience more experimental and cutting edge productions. With the wonderful concerts, and the art gallery shows of local and regional artists, it truly is a welcoming hub that inspires, illuminates, educates, and entertains.”

For information on upcoming events visit the Cotuit Center for the Arts and consider becoming a member. The Cotuit Center for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your donations are tax-deductible.

Other great organizations that we are proud to support include the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the Family Pantry of Cape CodCommunity Housing Assistance Fund and the TB12 Foundation  Be sure to check back on our blog for more information on these organizations in the coming weeks.
