The St. Patrick’s Day parade in South Boston (“Southie” to you locals) is the oldest in the country and 500,000 people flock to Boston to watch it live. Get there early to get a good spot.
#2. Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Parade | Rte 28 South & West Yarmouth
15th Annual Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Parade sponsored by the Sons of Erin draws tens of thousands of spectators every year. This year’s parade with the theme a “Day of Magic” steps off at 11am on Sunday, March 8, beginning at Skull Island in South Yarmouth and traveling Route 28 to the West Yarmouth CVS. This year honors the Greatest Generation – WWII veterans are the Grand Marshals accompanied by a genuine WWII Sherman Tank.
#3. The Four Leaf Clover of Boston Comedy Tour | South Yarmouth
Head to Cape Cod Irish Village for a night of hilarity with Will Noonan, Graig Murphy, Paul Gilligan and Christine Hurley.
#4. 5th Annual Shamrock Stampede 5K | Plymouth
The 4th annual Shamrock Stampede 5K takes place on Saturday, March 14th at 11am. Proceeds from the race benefit several charities. Register and learn more online.
#5. Grab a Pint at Flynn’s Irish Pub | Cedarville, Mansfield
Flynn’s is a traditional Irish pub specializing in Craft beers & comfort food . Their Sagamore

Boston punk-rockers Dropkick Murphys will be rocking out across Boston. They will be playing five shows across three venues.
