Robert Paul Properties recently facilitated the $2 million dollar sale of Tony Andrews Farm to the Town of Falmouth.

The sale of Tony Andrews Farm was brokered by Falmouth Agent Bob Malcolm.  The 36-acre farm will be leased by the town to Geoff Andrews, who will continue his family’s farming operations.

“Tony Andrews Farm is a truly iconic property and one of the remaining jewels in town. All parties involved, including the Andrews family, the town of Falmouth and residents, are ecstatic that this property is going to be preserved as farmland and conservation,” explained Malcolm.

Looking forward, a memorial rock will be placed to commemorate the legacy created by Tony and Marina Andrews and the strawberry crops will be ready on June 10th!
