Robert Paul Properties Remains Leader in Luxury Sales as Firm Celebrates 10 Years in Business

Robert Paul Properties remained the leader in luxury sales on Cape Cod and the South Coast in 2019, the firm’s tenth year in business.

With just under 100 agents, the dedicated team at Robert Paul had their best year yet with over $730M in sales volume.

Million-Dollar Sales

As the top luxury firm on the Cape and South Coast, Robert Paul surpassed $343M in million-plus sales and was just shy of 20% market share overall. Robert Paul outpaced its nearest competitor by over $115M. The average amount sold per agent was $7.4M, far outpacing its nearest competitor.

Notable Sales

Robert Paul was involved in many notable sales throughout 2019 include the largest two sales in Falmouth – 43 Gunning Point Avenue & 102 Gansett Road. Robert Paul also had the highest sales in Harwich – 11 Braddock Street and Dennis – 73 Uncle Barneys Road.

In addition to its work in the luxury market, Robert Paul ranked second for the full Cape and South Coast market and in the top 10 of independent brokerages throughout the state of Massachusetts.
