The Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown was built to commemorate the first landfall of the Pilgrims in 1620 and the signing in Provincetown Harbor of the Mayflower Compact. As we prepare bountiful Thanksgiving feasts, we remember this momentous occasion in our nation’s history.

This recently sold home on Commercial Street in Provincetown is less than a mile to that historic landing. This Bayfront boathouse enjoys a beautiful harbor setting and parking for two cars. The private waterfront outdoor living areas offers amazing views of Cape Cod Bay.
