With families and children preparing for summer break and vacationers descending upon Massachusetts, there are many fun options for events this month! Check out some of these great June events across our region.

June 2 – Seaside Swing at the Kittansett Club 
The evening will begin with cocktails, a delicious raw bar, and tasty appetizers, followed by a wonderful dinner and the Puttin’ on the Ritz! show, featuring a special guest appearance by none other than “Fred Astaire,” along with other talented dancers and singers. After the show, the Seaside Swing Band will play for your listening and dancing pleasure.
June 5 – Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl
Join the Jimmy Fund for the largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, and enjoy ice cream and frozen yogurt from the nation’s leading ice cream companies!
June 10 – Dragon Boat Festival
The Boston – Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival, held each year in June, features sleek 39-foot long Hong Kong-style fiberglass boats with dragon heads and tails racing down the Charles River.
On the Cambridge side of the Charles, drum dances, yo-yo performances, music, and Lion dances entertain crowds of spectators, making this one of the biggest Boston Chinese cultural events of the year.
June 12 – Opening Day of the Cape Cod Baseball League
It’s opening day, let the games begin! The country’s best collegiate baseball players are back on Cape Cod for another season of great baseball.
