CAPE COD, MA (06/16/2014) – Fran Schofield, senior associate at Robert Paul Properties, has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. She will be serving her first full term, through 2017.
Board Chairman Gary Sheehan presided over the meeting on June 12, 2014 that called to vote Ms. Schofield’s election, along with two other business people, which vote passed unanimously.
The top luxury home sale in Massachusetts so far this year was on Cape Cod, according to The Boston Business Journal. Robert Kinlin, co-owner of Robert Paul Properties, listed the home on Sea View Avenue in Osterville last July for $14.75 million and it sold in May for $13 million.
